Using the service
Bulin 47 AI lets you upload one photo and request a new 4–30-second freestyle-style video. You must be at least 18 years old and agree to these terms to use the service. This is an independent fan-made tool, not affiliated with or sponsored by Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai.
Photos and permission
You may upload your own photo or an adult’s photo only when you have their permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not agreed. Do not upload unlawful, sexual, harassing, hateful, or rights-infringing content. We and our provider may block a photo or render.
Credits and payment
Video credit costs vary by duration and quality and are shown before you start a render. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Failed or blocked renders are refunded automatically. Payment options and provider terms are shown at checkout.
Generated content
You are responsible for how you use and share generated videos. Check applicable rights and platform rules before posting. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
